From One Tent to Ten Years in Konkan
Back in 2015, a chance visit to the village of Ade Padale led to a two-day stay in the home of a local named Appa. Somewhere in that Konkan hospitality, an idea took root: why not put up a tent here? With Appa's support, one tent became a room, and one room became a few more — until the little place we'd built for ourselves had slowly grown into somewhere other travellers could come to slow down and reconnect with nature too.
In 2026, we're celebrating ten years of Appa's Beach Resort — ten years of memories, challenges, and growth, spent staying true to the idea we started with: a little place in Konkan where you can leave everything behind and just relax.
